Brickwork not looking so healthy

I've never seen brick like that in my life. Shitty patch job. I'm sure you could find better bricks in the clay pits behind Briscoe lane.
My house (and the whole estate) has that type of brick included, it can range from quite light in colour to black, it’s not discolouration and looks normal when they’re mixed up (I’d estimate about 10% black or lighter and the rest your normal medium brick colour).

It does look a bad match to the original brick in the OP’s photo though.

Just sell it to a builder mate it sounds like it needs a lot of work and it is dragging you down a bit, just a polite observation you know, not my business like. Lot of threads seem to indicate this is all doing your head in

Got neighbours we despise atm and need to get away , wasn't sure initially about moving in but its only costing £50k as me and arkid inherited it off my dad, renting at the min so all will come good

I didn't mean that I haven't seen bricks that colour. I mean bricks that have deteriorated like that. They look like they're full of ash.
