Premier League in common sense shocker! Never seen an issue with teams wearing the same colour shorts but busy folk at UEFA/FIFA trying to justify jobs i guess.

Interestingly, our shorts and socks aren’t actually white next season. Shirt fades from sky blue into a sort of pale blue, like if you left a blue sock in your whites washing.

You were right about the shorts and socks then. Fair play. Hopefully it'll look okay on the players, but it's a bit left-field.

It’s a really nice kit and it’ll look very smart on the players. The shirt in particular is going to be a big fan favourite.

Don't really care to be honest as long as they don't start tinkering with the sky blue on the shirts. As I've said many times I'm not a fan of these complete new kit changes every season, especially given the prices they charge so I won't be buying one anyway.

Ironically, the rumour is that Coventry will be wearing sky blue and white stripes next season. A lot of their fans aren't happy. They sometimes have white or even navy stripes on their kits. It's their version of 'blue shorts' and their purists hate it.

It’s bad enough on away or 3rd kits but not to have the official badge and colours on a home kit is scandalous imo.

Not seen it, but it'll be 40 years since their FA Cup win so light blue and white stripes with darker blue shorts might make sense.

Its not the worst kit in the world its just not a Manchester City home kit. DH Gate will not be receiving my son's money this year. Another bloody St Andrews golf gift set of tees and shit logo ball for me on my birthday.

It’s clearly not an all blue kit.

The shorts are white with an ever so slight tint to blend in with the faded look of the shirt. You won’t even be able to tell they have a blue tint unless you’re right up close.

Just look at the actual blue markings on the shorts compared to the actual main body of the shorts themselves.
