Semenyo and Guehi subjected to racist abuse: club statement

Wouldn’t surprise me. They have office blocks full of people working on stuff like this over there, with the aim of destabilising Western society. They’re called Russian Web Brigades or Russian Troll Farms.
 
The problem is a 71 year old would have grown up when racism was rife , we had Tv programmes like Black & White minstrel show , Alf Garnett , Love thy neighbour , this guy grew up in that era and hasnt moved on, Paki bashing after a skinful of ale was also common.
Its also my era and i can hark back to some really unsavoury comments heard at football matches , you have to realise the 60's & 70's and even the 80's are long gone and the world has changed obviously for the better, because racism has been mostly stamped out
One idiot living in the past should not tar all Everton fans , i have mates who are staunch Evertonians and they are not in anyway racist.
 
The fucking prick nicked at the cultdome earlier in the season, for alleged racial abuse aimed at Semenyo, was recently adjourned till September. You have to dig pretty deep on search engines to find out what is actually going on. He is 57 and was in a disabled area ffs.

Shocking abuse in general from Everton fans coming out of the game last night. Just as well there was a fence betweeen us.

It's one thing to call us cheats, but they spit it out with such venom. Sad, really.

I grew up with all that but it didn't make me racist.

Actually I’d suggest not at 71 he will have been like that all his life, Love thy neighbour tv show comes to mind, I’d be more shocked if it was someone in their 20s these days. That bloke will never change,
