The striker - three goals and one assist
Wurst - five goals and three assists
Eccles Teacake - 11 goals and four assists.

So, for the tiny sum of €370 million, 19 goals and eight assists. That’s the equivalent of nearly €14 million / goal involvement. A mere pittance.

You shouldn't joke, that's 1 more combined G/A than Cherki this season.

Kerkez is not much better. Their signings last summer were pretty atrocious. Funny how their "scouting" has fallen off a cliff since they were denied access to our database. And remember how half of Bluemoon (and almost 100% of the media) were awarding them the title before a ball had even been kicked
I wasn’t, mate.

No greater noise than an Anfield boo. Writing is on the wall for Slot, the toxic dipper cult don't like him, he's a dead man walking. They'd be best off just biting the bullet in the summer and getting rid but hopefully they don't and waste another season. A bad start for them next season and it could get delightfully ugly there, they're just itching for a reason to boo and berate their own side.

The only thing that might save him is if (when?) they qualify for the CL next season.

Least some fans stayed this time to boo.
the Anfield crowd were unimpressed at times, with loud boos heard when head coach Arne Slot took off teenage winger Rio Ngumoha in the second half, and again at the final whistle.

The funny thing about that is ngumoha was absolutely awful and deserved to come off but the dippers are pinning all their hopes on him as the new local lad from chelsea.

Almost a case of another S.O.S thread?
I said it at the start o the season that I thought we had too much change too quickly. Alas, I don't think it is solely down to that, or the injuries that has resulted in such a huge drop off in form.
I had thought that Slot deserved another full season, but more and more I am thinking that the bullet will need to be bit and we need a change in manager. Yes, too many players have completely lost form at the same time (VVD, Macallister, Salah (to name only 3), but Slot continues to use them with no apparent idea how to change course.
The lack of any real drive and energy is simply appalling and needs to be addressed.
In this case, maybe not Saving or Slot!

But, according to Twatterface two years ago, Earnie Lost is as good as Pep Guardiola and Johan Cruyff.

Sacking Slot would be wrong on many fronts. VVC is past its, TWANT went, Robertson is off, no Salah and the need to bed players in. Unlike the Rags, Spuds, Villa and Tarquinius, Slot isn't telling his players to maim the opposition.

It is a toughy as I am genuinely torn. Part of me wants to give Slot time to see if he can turn things round, to get the new players bedded in and to try and create something. On the other hand there is, what seems to be the thing these days, of player power. This idea of "losing the dressing room" and whether the players are actually putting a shift in for that particular manager.
I think I wouldn't so much mind another up and down season if we were actually playing some decent football. There being no right and no guarantee of any Slot replacement getting it right and we certainly don't want to become another Chelsea in changing managers every season or so.

Oh, go on.

That would bring a lot of mirth to Bluemooners everywhere.

Got a big summer ahead. After spending half a billion last summer, this summer they need a Robertson replacement at left back, a right back that isn't shit and stays fit, a vvd replacement, potentially a konate replacement if he doesnt sign a new bumper contract. That's an entire new back 4.

Add a keeper to that, rumours Allison is off and he is always injured now anyway and they don't rate their £40m backup keeper.

That's already a huge, costly summer and That's just to pretty much stand still.

Salah will need replacing, ekitike will miss most of the season with his awful injury, will Isak stay fit and will Wirtz finally turn up? Arguments for at least 2 new forwards then midfield needs reinforcements too.

Seems impossible to fix that many issues even if they're willing to spend another half a billion. Don't think it matters who the manager is next year the squad is in a bad state and needs a couple of windows to reinvigorate it.

They're what happens if you aren't constantly refreshing the squad, might not need it in that moment but you're just creating a backlog further down the line when evertmything needs changing at once.

We've been very good at moving on players in recent years to prevent this from happening to us.

We could easily have given kdb a new contract last summer and he's still here having had another injury hit season and could have given walker a new contract as he becomes a shadow of his former self and not brought in khusanov and Cherki and instead would be needing those replacements this summer as well as replacements for stones and Bernardo.
