Pep knows what he's doing, it's the players first season at our club and he has to have games and exposure in order to get used to our way of playing and the premier League.Am struggling to see exactly what he brings to this current City team.
Pep doesn't get things wrong to often but starting Reijnders yesterday was a mistake. He should be nowhere near the starting eleven.

I hope your right.Pep knows what he's doing, it's the players first season at our club and he has to have games and exposure in order to get used to our way of playing and the premier League.
Well if he has no Rodri and doesn't trust Nico Gonzalez and Kovacic.. atleast Reijnders moves the ball upfield responsibly which he did and he's got a good shot on him.
There's talent there.. and he's clearly got a willingness to run for Pep.
I think Thomas Mueller said.. if you're willing to run and hustle for Pep.. he'll play you and fine tune you to fit the system later.. Makes sense since if Nunes can do that.. Reijnders will be given a chance.
I think the damning verdict is Nico Gonzalez and Kovacic are very low on the pecking order and likely to be on the way out.
At the close of last season, few would have predicted that O’Reilly, Nunes, and Khusanov would have developed so quickly, yet here they are. Today’s culture is so conditioned to immediate satisfaction that the dispensing mindset even spreads to players. Unless a player himself wishes to leave or they’re aging and nearing the end of their contract, I wouldn’t want to lose any of the first-team squad. We’re a couple of pieces away from completing the jigsaw.Pep knows what he's doing, it's the players first season at our club and he has to have games and exposure in order to get used to our way of playing and the premier League.
I'm afraid your hopes as expressed in the OP have not been fulfilled. He needs to move on ASAP.Well if he has no Rodri and doesn't trust Nico Gonzalez and Kovacic.. atleast Reijnders moves the ball upfield responsibly which he did and he's got a good shot on him.

Until Nunes becomes a world class midfielder everyone would still be right about him. Not a City level midfielder but a City level fullback. When talking about Rieners I would remember how everyone was quick to slate Nunes, and now look at him.
Even Rodri, Mahrez, and Gundo recieved stick in their first season. Happy to give him another season.
Not really because the things levelled at Nunes like how he cant tackle, cant pass, cant cross, had no bollocks and generally looked like a pub player have been proven completely wrong.Until Nunes becomes a world class midfielder everyone would still be right about him. That was always nonsense though. He could always do all those things but he couldn’t put it together to become a midfielder. Very dissimilar to Reijnders who has displayed none of those attributes so far. Passing range hasn’t been seen, he can’t tackle, cross, defend and he has no bollocks. Body language was poor yesterday tooNot really because the things levelled at Nunes like how he cant tackle, cant pass, cant cross, had no bollocks and generally looked like a pub player have been proven completely wrong.
maybe we should stop fine tuning players to fit in and go for proper players? That hasn´t really worked that well in the last 2 seasons. Need to get back to Europes best and it won´t happen without signing some very good players ,even more ,when Bernardo is leaving and so might Rodri.Well if he has no Rodri and doesn't trust Nico Gonzalez and Kovacic.. atleast Reijnders moves the ball upfield responsibly which he did and he's got a good shot on him.

Well if anyone had bothered to do any sort of research at all they would have seen the exact player Reijnders is and wouldn't be so critical of him for things he has always been crap at.That was always nonsense though.
