Was their title win in 2013 the last time they finished above us? Or maybe they managed it during the switch over from EL Holistico to the bald fraud?
 
Many on here shit the bed and predicted this pack of cunts would finish above us

It was 2013.
The Ticket Tout assured everyone after we won the league in 2014 that they would finish above us the following season.

Not only have City dominated the League since he retired, the "noisy neighbours" have won the Champions League.
City have also resigned supreme for that decade at Youth level, which was his pet project whilst manager at Aberdeen & the Swamp.
The Dippers have also won the League since he retired, which will also annoy the pisscan.
I would imagine he also despises Sir Scruffy Jim, as he took away his side job salary and status. The Glazers cleverly kept the GPC onside, whilst Sir Scruff obviously sees him as an unnecessary has-been.
Oh, Glasgow Rangers are shit as well...

Nah, 2013 that was it. Closest they came since was 2015/16 where we finished ahead of the Rags on goal difference a second time, but we'd already assured our final position. (We drew our final game and they won theirs, bringing both totals to 66 points each)
 
This is an updated version of what I posted 12 months ago:

13 seasons is comfortably our longest ever run of consecutive finishes above the rags. Our previous best is nine which we’ve done twice - once in the 1920s and 30s which culminated in the 1936-37 league title and another that kicked off when Queen Victoria was on the throne and they were still called Newton Heath.

Our target should be to better their longest run of 20 consecutive seasons between 1991-92 and 2010-11.
