Keir Starmer

Still better than the constant chaos we suffered this last decade or so.

It’s a mirror image of the chaos and its 2 years in.

I get it makes you feel better about things but the reality is, Starmer is finished, the government is in chaos and the adults who told us things wouldn’t be like this under them are just as bad.

Starmer is fucking useless as a leader and PM.

Chaos as in changing PMs as frequently as the Tories did. Changing Starmer now will make things worse for everyone as it will simply be a huge distraction.

ahhhhh... reminds me of those good old "we'll smash the gangs days".... Starmer = lots of talk, no plans, no method of delivery no action (except to bung a few extra million over the channel to his European friends (might be looking for a back door into the EU) ... just empty promises.
Crossings down this year by over a third.

I'm not giving credit to Starmer but, net migration is down under Labour. It could be the delayed results due to some of the policies the Tories implemented, nevertheless it's down.

Gangs, small boats etc. are up for sure...
No they're not

I reckon of all the Prime Ministers in my lifetime that I’d least want to go for a drink with, Starmer would be second place.

Truss wins by a country mile, though.

Think I’d most like to go for a drink with (in no particular order) Callaghan, Thatcher, Heath and Wilson. Of this century, Blair or Cameron. The rest are boring cunts tbf.

None of them are top drawer either btw. Not one. I’ve got mates who labour for a living who are better company on a night out than any of those cunts would ever have been.

We’ve had some right boring cunts as PM tbf.

Best let the year run out, weather has been crap so far for small boats. This year is very similar so far as 2022 really hope it carries on in this vein.

It’s a year on year comparison - Jan to April.

The 200,000 is a clickbait garbage. Given numbers are down it’s a means to shoehorn boat crossings back into the news.

Not that its something I get particularly riled up over but before anyone can shout about it , you need a full year of data.

The tories shouted about it being down by 1/3 in 2023 vs 2022, however it shot back up in 2024 and then went even higher in 2025, nearly reaching the 2022 peak.

The weather plays a major part and up to April it hasn't been great. So unless the government have miraculously invented something that controls the weather, its far too early to read anything into the deals with France and their impact.

The actual figures ard below

John Major for me. A day at the cricket, nice lunch and look at some saucy snaps of Edwina Currie over a the beer.

Apparently he is quite charismatic in real life. I couldn't believe it either but it was in a book I read by someone who worked in political journalism and got quite high in the profession.

Don’t worry mate, I’ve got you, I’ll volunteer to take Truss for a drink.
