Premier League Games | 9/10/11/13 May '26

Thought Bowen spoke well if thats a foul then that should be the marker for it across the board ..........

Doesn't get given againat Arsenal though.
You don’t know that. Arsenal aren’t the rags or Liverpool. They’re not supposedly adored by the powers that be. It was a decision that was correct.

The upcoming end of season break will do many on here the world of good, until August.

The "check the screen" option is ridiculous. The VAR is basically saying they think the on field decision is incorrect but they don't have the balls to overturn it. If the on field ref goes to the screen and doesn't change his mind he's going to get a bollocking from PGMOL and potentially have his career impacted. The system is broken.
Except the new referee that turned down our penalty against Wolves, he went to the screen, stuck to his original (incorrect) decision and was lauded as the refereeing world's bright new star.

Congratulations all those Blues on here saying it's done, it's over, we lost it here there and everywhere, etc etc.

Hope you are happy with your "I told you so" attitude.

Meanwhile, proper Blues are fucking gutted with that VAR bollocks but still believe.

All to play for in my book, if we win all our games and it's not enough so be it.
I agree with your last sentence. Give Arsenal a fright . They didn't look like champions today. Apply some more pressure. It's up to them to go and win it. Hopefully no more scenes like those at WHam today.

Correct call. The league need to sort out their consistency consistency of these calls on set pieces and in the box, though, or they are going to continue to have controversy

It is also shocking for West Ham if they're relegated as a result of it.

This is highly likely now. That result today puts the teams on 43 pts safe I think - Leeds and Nottingham Forest.

The Leeds players 'might' be having a little party tonight (human nature to celebrate isn't it) and tomorrow night when they play Spurs they might be a bit 'leggy'.

So that VAR decision which people are saying is the biggest VAR call since it was invented are probably right, it has caused issues at both ends of the table at the most important part of the season.

At the end of the day though, West Ham should have done better in the other 35 games and so should we....

Do they give a shit?

Imagine the millions of views that videos of this will now get, just more eyeballs on the league and let's never ever forget what Scudamore said about wanting different winners of the title.

The system is working exactly how they want it to.

If there was just officiating, Gabriel would have been serving his third game suspension for the headbutt on Haaland.
And Bernardo would have been sent off yesterday. Also, look at what a headbutt actually is. It results in broken noses and blood splatter.

It’s not the correct call

Arsenal started all this wrestling Bollox and it should have been stamped out last season …

Footballs totally lost its head and has totally destroyed its own product ..

Remember the days you could
Celebrate a goal ?

Oh yeah you still can in all the other leagues

Premier league has become a total joke
