Rare bad shout from you that mate.
I just thought it was.
It was a mass of limbs and heads but it pains me to say it but Raya's was being impeded.
Yes I know it's a mess on corners now but imho I thought it was a foul.

Maybe if we'd been challenging with mardarsenal all season I may be more emotionally invested in today but we've been let in the back door these last few weeks where we've not had a sniff previously so I'm not that fussed about Arsenal and today's happenings.
If that wins them the league so be it.

VAR is a shitshow 9 times out of 10 but today they got it right.

Not at all. People make mistakes. I don't think anyone really believes their is blatant corruption going on.

The point is we should account for error mistakes and shouldn't be leaving it for others to decide our fate. We had it in our hands and we bottled.

No, that's the reason var was brought in so that any mistakes on the field were rectified. If we are just going on whoever is watching var's interpretation of events, which differs every game, we might as well just scrap it.
As for being bent i will always refer to Henderson not being sent off in last season's cup final. It's one of the clearest red cards I've ever seen but they didn't give it. Blatant cheating.

You have an ex referee that's openly said there was corruption going on when he was refereeing - why wouldn't it be going on now?
Graham Poll said “Ferguson hated me refereeing at Old Toilet because as i wasn’t allowed to give a penalty against him i was loath to give them a penalty”. Between 1994 and 2004 the rags had one penalty awarded against them at Old Toilet, the one missed by Middlesbrough in the late 90s. Talk about corruption.

Will have to agree to disagree on this rare occasion mate.

“The Premier League's independent key match incidents panel concluded by a 3–2 vote that Gabriel Magalhães' head movement towards Erling Haaland constituted violent conduct under IFAB laws. The decision was based on 'the extra head movement forward' in a non-playing situation, which the panel deemed excessive force. Despite this, no retrospective action is possible as the incident was seen and judged by both the referee and VAR during the match”

The fact that 2 of the panel didnt think it was a red card is worrying

Wow have you ever paid your own money to go to a game ?? VAR is a cancer and fools like you support it.
Yes mate, at least 40 years but that doesn't give me the right for anything.
Yes VAR is an absolute nightmare but today it was a foul, simple as that.
It won't be annoying me or keeping me awake at night, I'll leave that to the other fools.

Any season barring this one, I’d agree with you 100%. However, this season has clearly been an ‘anything goes at corners’ season, so, on this one, I beg to differ.
Also, Trossard is facing the bloke fouling Raya, with both arms round him, whilst Gabriel has hold of his shirt. With 5 or 6 fouls happening at the same time, refs never pick one out, as they’ve just done tonight.
‘Clear and obvious’ cannot be taking 8 minutes and 16 replays either.
FWIW, I don’t think we’d win it even if it was a goal but West Ham might have had a shout at staying up.

Yeah, VAR looking at the foul by Semenyo on Guehi, awarding an own goal then realising that if it's an own goal then it should have been a foul and no goal, then changing the decision to a Semenyo goal, then afterwards having Howard Webb saying that the replays showed clearly that Semenyo got the last touch, when the replays clearly showed the opposite, was, indeed, criminal.
You could say borderline match fixing.
Borderline?

Baffled by how this fucker decided to go near post here instead of opening his body up and going far post. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's only happened once this season the ref who was doing his first ever prem game in our match, he made a decision to our advantage, var sent him to the screen but he stuck to his decision. Next week was relegated back to the efl and never been back since, can't remember his name.
No, he ignored a blatant handball for a penalty, VAR sent him to the screen to review, but he then decided to ignore the advice of var and deny us a stonewall penalty.

And Bernardo would have been sent off yesterday. Also, look at what a headbutt actually is. It results in broken noses and blood splatter.
Can you point out the "broken noses and bloods platter" when Nasri was sent off for exactly the same action some years back.

And the "Bernardo should have been sent off" line simply underlines how ridiculous were a number of non reds for fouls against City, say the assault on Doku when City were 0-0 against Man U.

Fuck all to do with City ? we had our chance and fucked it up at everton
Exactly my point tbh, the 2nd Everton goal was a similar situation as Raya today, Donna had Tarkowski (I think?) holding him down by his left arm, so they get the free header.

Pundits, everyone (even us) just put it down to the keeper not being strong enough.

Would VAR have disallowed that goal. Not a fucking chance....

Why are you starting a sentence with no, then agreeing with everything i said??
