Just got home from Wembley . Another accident on the M1 northbound near Luton causing a hold up .
Not a great game but City did the job . More energy with Cherki and Kovacic on the pitch.

Great laugh on tube back to Ruislip packed with blues .

Massive thanks to Wealdstone FC they really look after us and do a fantastic job with a friendly personal touch and only £4.95 a pint awesome for London !

What a great day, up since 5:30, a real hard fought win, to which I am truly grateful to the team for, I was as genuinely happy as when we won vs Stoke, staying over in Bucks at a lovely place, every Chelsea fan I have spoken to have been spot on, in the hotel bar having a few sundowners with Mrs P, what a great day…..I will never take these days for granted.

I think Kovacic changed the game, Rodders didn’t look fit at all. We just never really got going and thankfully nor did Chelsea. As others have said though, nobody will remember how we played and so the important thing today was to win.

Agreed. Chelsea were starting to find a bit of joy and that disappeared almost as soon as Kovacic came on.

I like Marmoush, but was disappointed to see him start over Cherki and Foden. He never got in the game and it was a mistake by Pep, but credit to him, he fixed it at half time and we looked much better for it in the second half.

Two very good substitutions at crucial times.
 
I think some are undervaluing our defensive showing today. There were no runouts that Khus or Guehi didn’t get to. Rodders solidified the midfield in front. Chelsea never had a chance.

A very long day left donny at 9, half way down a big car smash on north bound on M1 but a queue on our side with cars rubbing necking to see what it was, so got to watford junction at 12 45, straight into Oneil fora couple. Then train to Wembley,, in the 125 seats but in 2nd half 2 or3 was having a punch uptrend we scored, game over back to watford junction which took ages and 10 stops, back in Oneil for a couple on bus at 7 back on M1 and another crash on our side, so got home at 11

Up at 5.45am this morning and just back at the hotel in Uxbridge, plenty of blues aout and about. I'm a bit drunk and having to keep correcting my spelling. Just made a cup of tea and now watching the Eurovsion results, rags nil points. Is MOTD on after this and more importantly will I stay awake long enough. I think not. No idea what the general consensus of the day is, who really cares, its another trophy in the cabinet as the blues go marching on, and on and on and on and on! It's not easy anymore this drinking lark.
