I avoid this terminology to avoid confusion. I always think of this Monday being the next Monday, and the next Monday is the Monday after this Monday. Haha! So I say “this Monday coming” or “Monday next week”.

For me Monday is last Monday till Thursday. Then Monday is the coming Monday.

Monday week is the Monday after next Monday any time since Tuesday.
