Bowen to Chelsea makes a lot of sense. They need reliable goals, he gives that. They need experience, he'll offers that as a former captain, can playing on thr wing or upfront. Decent money for him. Just makes sense. An actual sensible signing for Chelsea, not seen that in a while.

This one I don't get. He's really not been great for a couple of seasons, maybe more, and the Liverpool fans I know wanted him to stay purely because they're short of numbers and experience, or to rinse madrid of a fee in the next window.
I imagine that Real are looking for the next Rudiger, but no defender could ever match his ogre-like behaviour on the field.
