Its okay to drink a beer its the surrounding diet. During COVID I was pounding energy drinks. Got the you have type 2 scripture. I've been given the all clear, but it was seriously all the sugar laden stuff I took that I cut out along with the medication, that got me to be given the all clear. But I think that going on the smash once a month might be okay?
