I'd like to see his game against colombia. On the youtube clips (I know, I know) of one of his other international games he didn't look like a good player having a bad day, more a player who is completely out of his depth

Looks second rate at best from the admittedly very little I've seen, hope we avoid

That's a very accurate assessment. Last night he was totally anonymous. I forgot he was playing until he missed the open net. Coutinho and especially Costa proved far more capable and dangerous when they came on late on.

Firmino chooses United

Hoffenheim star Roberto Firmino has decided to accept an offer from Manchester United, rejecting a move to rivals Liverpool. The Brazil international has been tracked by United for some time and could move for as much as £15 million.

Surely this paves the way for de bruynes arrival as well as nasri staying. If we sign sterling and KDB we will have an attacking midfield of those two, Silva, nasri and navas, as well as possibly lopes, we don't really need firmino it we keep samir.

If Navas or nasri leave then I will be annoyed if we don't go in for this lad

Sterling plays utter garbage for England and it's "HIS CONTRACT IS MESSING WITH HIS HEAD, DON'T WORRY!!!".

Like the above poster said, he had a poor game. As did each Brazilian footballer -Neymar included.
Sterling was the best player on the pitch against Slovenia. That's from a neutral btw.

Good news, Lopes can do pretty much the samething Firmino does so I really don't see what the hype is all about. Anyway no more distractions now - Txiki better stay focused on getting KDB. As for the other targets, I would say we need to be patient and see how Rafa performs at RM. There's a huge chance that his rotation policy could reduce the number of games for Isco, James or even Bale and when that happens I hope we would be ready to pounce on the opportunity. Surely one of them would be surplus to requirements next summer or in January , if we are lucky.

Another Brazil goal for Firmino tonight. That's 4 goals in 9 international games for the second rate not top 4 fitting better off at the rags inconsistent player.

He'll soon be catching up on superstar Sterling's 1 in 16 record.

Yeah and Sterling is worth 50m apparently...LOL.
