Good to see the inheritance tax threshold raised , personally I'd abolish it.
Not saying I don't believe you but could you post the link bud?13 Million families are going to be worse off.
Minimum of £260 a year whilst 3 Million up to a £1000.
Disgraceful.
Or have it set at 10m or so which is still lower than it should be if it had been inflation linked from the outsetGood to see the inheritance tax threshold raised , personally I'd abolish it.
That was the point. Wasn't it?Ifs says people on tax credits will be worse off

Almost certainly. It's disingenuous to claim its a budget for working families though when lots of them will be hit by this. That was the point. Wasn't it?
When I was in the UK, employing people was a nightmare as they didn't want to earn too much or work for more than 16 hours or they'd lose tax credits.
So people that were able to work more hours didn't, so that you and I could pay the bill.
When Labour introduced tax credits, they were meant to cost the taxpayer 600m. At last count it was over 16bn.

On the day the Elected Government is announcing the Budget , the socialist paymasters are busy bringing the Capital to a standstill because 60k a year isn't enough to be a button monkey tube driver.
Keep it up comrades.
Become an employer or run for office then.Surely then the wages you were offering them were too low? if you want good staff then pay good wages?
On the budget, I find it hard to understand how making people worse off will help the economy.
Well they work less anti social hours than doctors and earn more with 18 months paid training as opposed to 5 years unpaid.Yeah, the wankers. They should just accept ever increasing weekend and anti social hours.

you see the major problem in all that (and why she needs to find herself a job she won't ever be able to get)? Having five fucking kids.
They are cunts and loathed for a reason. What's a doctor got to do with a dispute involving tube drivers? Goalkeepers get £100k a week for diving around in the mud, so...
They have every right to be properly compensated if their labour is required to provide a greater service to the public at personal cost to their home life. It is a well paid, responsible role with good conditions, as they are not willing to just accept what they are given and what a mostly ill informed general public tell them they should be happy with "for just pushing a button".
Tax revenue has got to come from somewhere. Rather the government took money off me that I've been given and not earned, than money I've worked hard for.
tax has usually been paid at least three times on that money.Tax revenue has got to come from somewhere. Rather the government took money off me that I've been given and not earned, than money I've worked hard for.
Nothing pleases me more than sorting that out for people.I have a fundamental opposition to it , you should be able to leave whatever you have to whoever you wish without fear of taxation.
But in the scenario she has a husband who provided to let her have 5 kids and was part of that but then he fucked off. Do keep up and not simply put your blinkered view forward.
My advice to you is think really hard about actually having kids as you seem to want everything planned to perfection. That does not happen with kids and you might struggle going off what i have read you write here.
