Why is the Sterling deal taking so long to complete. It was blatantly all done by mid-May when all the ex-dippers wheeled out in the press changed their tune from saying he's the next Stevie-G, to saying he is rubbish. The dippers are also now staring over the edge of the FFP cliff with all their recent spending if they don't sell him and get CL next season (lol). I'm starting to think the whole charade is a club/media pr exercise to sully his good name and so stop scoucers rioting and burning down their council houses when he goes.

Aren't both clubs going to Aus...?

Let them pay for his flight out, give him his medical at Melbourne City next week, debut vs Real Madrid, fly home with the Blues...

They've finished behind Spurs 5 of the last 6 seasons. They aren't even close to the champions league since Suarez left.
 
Can I just say when we play Liverpool this season, Can we as fans of this club and the players which will hopefully include sterling, please give hell to the Liverpool's fans and players over the 180+ minutes we will play them. The way they have handled their title attempt two years ago and this sterling situation is pathetic. Our atmosphere at etihad should be cranked up a notch for these scumbags.

Nah, we just stoop to their level then, just laugh at them take the piss that gets to them more and maybe just ignore them now that really does get to them

Good point, they just really get on my nerves. Hope the boys batter them on the pitch though.
 
Yeah, i reckon the addition of the taxi fare over would be enough at this point. Scousers risk having poisonous relations in dressing room at start of the season, combined with a huge loss of value if he stayed? On top of this it appears nobody in spain,france,germany is going to come in for him...

City hold the power on this one for me, only a little patience required.

Exactly give me a double over them in the league and a win in any other game as well.
