De Bruyne?

to be honest we were battered in all those Barca L16 games, and could easily have shipped 5 or 6 per game if it wasn't for some woeful finishing and great stops from Hart
That's what i mean we weren't at our best and only lost both games by one goal. Imagine this year if Kompany and zaba have sorted their form, Mangala has a year's experience with the team under his belt and we complete the signing of KDB we'll have a tasty attacking threat. That will mean a front Four of Aguero, Sterling, Silva and KDB allowing Yaya to control midfield rather than going forward and failing to track back. Would certaintly be a different result and performance to last years

I've just worked it out, but cant be bothered going throught the motions of uploading the picture....... but its 28 years old

I wonder why this hasn't been done yet.

Ric's info a couple of weeks back seemed to suggest it would be done relatively soon. Add to that the noises both Wolfsburg and KDB have made - they will sell if it's a good price and he wants to go. He has intimated he would go, from what he has said.

Issue of foreign space has gone with Jovetic going.

Convinced it will get done, but a bit strange it isn't complete yet, I think.

Here's my best guess at what the current situation is concerning KDB:

1 - We're waiting for Dzeko to be sold, so that we have an extra foreign spot to put him into.

2 - There IS a disagreement with Wolfsburg at the moment, namely down to the fact that they are insisting on being paid in GBP rather than EUR.

3 - This is why the story came out the other day regarding 'I will go if someone offers £50m' (fed by Wolfsburg) and was countered with a story concerning interest for Isco (fed by City). Posturing on behalf of both clubs.

4 - The deal will get done at a price between £45-£50m (as per the most recent story in the mail, either fed by Wolfsburg to indicate flexibility, or by City to indicate what we're prepared to spend on him).

N.b. This is all guesswork as indicated in the first sentence.

So what would be your line-up?

There is no single line-up. We will put out different squads for different games.

City getting the price down and removing the tag of football's biggest mugs. I dont know why people can't see this.

I reckon as soon as the Dzeko deal goes through a bid will go in. Roma probably known all along what we wanted to do and have held this deal up

With 3 forwards, can you play Silva and Toure - more or less automatic starters for the last 4 seasons?

Direct quote from KDB : Kevin De Bruyne has added fuel to transfer speculation linking him with a move to Manchester City after admitting 'I am not the one telling the people I am definitely going to stay'.

Don't think the issue of foreign space has gone until Dzeko goes as well.

If we fail to get KDB we should go for Gotze, he's come out saying he's had a troublesome two years at Munich, he'd be another great addition to the team. Rumours also juve are interested in him and if they was to sign him perhaps they'd fund the signing by the sale of Pogba?

I think he sounds as bored of this saga as a lot on here are.

In other words the clubs telling the media that he's going to stay but he personally wants out?

His agent....

@gustav_tornby: - "There is interest from other clubs. Don't have to mention the names, everybody knows it's PSG and Bayern Munich - big clubs"
