It just reminded me of conversations in pubs over the Bacon Face era when we had 1 or 2 decent players that you would rate amongst the top of the leagues talent and the rest were mediocre to poor. Looking back to the 1990s mid / early 00’s, I can’t think of many of our players that could of gotten into the relevant Utd side. I think it was possibly Kinky and that’s it until maybe Anelka? SWP pre Chelsea? Then Petrov and Elano?? Who have I missed?
I’m sure Rags would say we are/were deluded but Darmian over Zaba/Sagna, no chance he’d get a kick all season.

I'm sorry but I've just seen this on there 'if Aguero gets a knock city are not that much better than us' hahahahahahahaaha
It gets like Rawk over there, I tell you. They must be sniffing Dipper glue.

just had a peep on rag cafe, look at this beauty,

Can you imagine the scenes on Bluemoon the day Sheikh Mansour announces he is no longer interested in football and decides to pull out.

well thats a new one, never heard that before, would rather see their faces when his royal highness announces he is staying forever, which is far, far , far more likely

It's incredible that after all the investment to the infrastructure of our club and 6000 new homes to be built in Manchester, investing in new teams all across the world under the umbrella of the the City group, that anyone could think they would get bored and go away. More than a hint of desperation about that post. Perhaps it should have read "They will get bored and go away won't they..............won't say?..........anyone?"

Both are similar in their demographics they are mostly populated by people who would be hard pressed to find Manchester or Liverpool on a map, RAWK is a constant cause of embarrassment to many Liverpool fans, as is Red Cafe to many United fans at least on here we have a good mix of match going blues and those who for whatever reason can not make a game

Yeah, but what's going to happen when the oil runs out eh? You've not thought about that have you, that's what keeps me awake at night, or is it drinking coffee and eating cheese?

There's always a chance it could go tits up with the Sheik if he passed away, or there was some major political issue between the UK and UAE, but investors at United could equally decide that football's not for them, or it's time to change their investment from one club to another. After all, they aren't necessarily football fans, let alone United fans. They are just investors.

Even if it did go tits up at City, we wouldn't necessarily be back to pre Sheik days. We've grown hugely and would be an entirely different proposition to new owners. You can't put the genie back in the bottle.

Things change. It's pointless them believing change can only happen to City, whilst kidding themselves they are immune to it.

There ARE some real whoppers on every forum, but there's a few sensible ones on RedCafe too who do actually credit us as having a fantastic squad and having changed as a club (which isn't going to just 'go away').

I see they've had a rethink and changed it from donating £10 (and receiving a shirt) to pledging to buy his shirt ...........arf wonder if anyone got their money back ?

So Why is de gea still there after he and his girlfriend said the town Manchester is such a bad town ? LVG is really stubborn, let him go.

I read somewhere that Real Madrid has offered the alpaca an £11 million signing-on bonus if he sees out the last year at the swamp.

Whether that's true or not, you decide.
