If any rag assails you with their standard lies and bullshit that City have 20,000 empty seats, half empty stadium, can't sell out CL games, etc. just refer him/her to the Freedom of Information section of the GMP website and type in 'United attendances'. If that doesn't shut them up nothing will. One cracker is that, despite forcing all 55,000 season ticket holders to buy tickets and claiming full houses, the cumulative number of empty seats for 3 home CL group games was 65,000. Lots of other gems in there as well.
