De Bruyne?

Anyone who can deliver a ball like him, and with an eye for goal, will add another dimension to our play, accurate balls from all over the field, a good shot on either foot, you don't win player of the year for nothing! And the added bonus that we've put a spanner in the Bayern supply chain!
KDB Will be putting them on a plate for Aguero, or finishing them himself, something Navas hasn't quite managed on a regular basis ( I like Navas by the way) in close games it could make all the difference, and if anyone saw the last minute ball KDB shipped in for Bendtner to equalize against Bayern, you'll know what I mean.
So he's cost a few quid more, if we win titles and trophies, he'll be worth it
I'll have to take your word on this but I'm still not convinced :(

Absolutely just ask Scott Parker.

In a rare moment of non-sensationalism and believable journalism for them, SportWitness have read some continental papers and talked about the bonuses that are supposedly in the transfer fee. They say Bild say that there is a 20m Euro add-on for if we win the league and a further 15m if we get a certain distance (I'm assuming semis at least, it might be in stages though) in the CL. Bild also believe the total of the fee and all clauses would be 100m. If that's true, that makes the base fee only 65m euros, and perhaps lower. That's only about £45m.

They then go on to say that they think even that is too high, and reference a Belgian paper which talks about the same bonuses but reckons the total fee would only reach about 75m euros. If all that is true, we may have negotiated a base fee which is barely around £30m, which would be a snip - especially since expecting us to win the league and the CL is a serious push and we're far from guaranteed on either count (especially the second).

This could actually be a really good deal. Of course, we'll never know because most news sources will naturally continue to inflate the fee over and over.
