The Problem with Unrecognised Season Cards

Just realised the ticket email for Juve says collect from the ticket office. So do I have to actually collect it from the office? Or wait for the card lol
 
I went to the stadium today to re report my card not working and was told that they would order me a new one, Iwas also to;d that the reason my ST wouldn't work was because I was a ST holder for the Woman's team and only those games had been loaded to my card.

Mine said the same ... but got it through the post on fri
 
For those that got an email saying to collect juve ticket from office I'd advice you go and check your order history. Apparently they're gonna post mine instead...
 
just in from work and my printed ticket has arrived...I relocated too and they'v sent the correct ticket not my season card seat....still waiting for my season card though !

My reprinted season card came today
 
My mail said the season card should be here by Monday, but to use the paper one if I receive one!! Ticket office here we come!!
 
Mine didn't work out of three. Long wait outside South Stand 111 before Chelsea game and just made kick off. Was sent paper ticket for Watford game. I phoned up and was told a paper ticket for Juventus would arrive. Replacement seasoncard arrived yesterday.
 
This doesn't really relate to the topic too much other than its about season cards, but I don't have sufficient posting privileges for its own topic.

How receptive are City fans to a "new" fan?

Like I'm not from Manchester but I live very close to the Etihad. I've been for a few games (mainly European ones) over the past few years and I'm at the CFA most weekends watching the EDS.

City have firmly become a second team for me.


With that in mind, I'm being sorely tempted by this £299 season card. Nice ground, great players, and unlike my main team, you actually f**king win sometimes.

All things considered though, is it a piss take for someone like me to get one? I'd hate to take the place a "proper" fan could, but at the same time it's been like a week or so of them being on sale. Ample time for Joe Superfan to get one?
 
For me I don't agree with this intentional derogatory term of 'plastics' or tourists! Its taking the tribal element to far. Successful teams will always attract 'visitor's and what's wrong with that if you enjoy good football or wish to visit an iconic stadium. If I visited Argentina or Brazil I would love to go to a game. Whats the difference if someone from the far east wants to visit the Etihad? I always wanted to see Barcelona or R Madrid play, thankfully now I can with City. All big clubs get a percentage of their revenue from people who have no direct connection to the club. We should be grateful that City now have a global appeal and a revenue stream that will benefit us all in the end.

Like many others have posted, our reprinted season cards arrived back end of last week and automatically assumed would be ok for tonight as I was told paper ticket would only be issued if the SC reprints weren't done in time.

However, 2 paper tickets have just arrived in the post now. WTF. Lucky I'm still at home because I would have been totally pissed off if I got to the ground and couldn't get in again with the SC and have to piss about getting it sorted.

No doubt there will be a load get caught out with this later thinking the SC will work and haven't seen the last minute paper ticket.
