I think this is just what Pep has been waiting for, with Viera in the states the EDS job is there for him to take, just needs to tell Bayen to jog on first :)
What is it that Borrell does at City?Rodolfo Borrell would make perfect sense. Been at the club for over 12 months, worked at Barcelona, Liverpool academies, respected by Pep.
Rather than disruption I think it would be better to describe it as career progression , and if he is ambitious he will want that. Whether he is good enough is the key questioni think the general consensus is that wilcox is doing a great job where he is, so why distupt that? it needs someone with experience to bring a 19/20/21 year old into the first team - maybe that's what we lacked with Vieira?
What is it that Borrell does at City?
his job title is Global Development Officer, think he goes to all our feeder clubs, and tells them what they should be coaching kids etc... at a guess.
But who gets Wilcox's job?easily wilcox K- he is the most appropriate
Don't no his title but he's in charge of all the coachesWhat is it that Borrell does at City?
Gareth Taylor our 16s coachBut who gets Wilcox's job?
;)
Wilcox took some abuse on another thread regarding his 'attitude'? Can anyone shed any truth to the suggestions he isnt a popular character with the players?

I'm not agreeing with it, just pointing out where it is for the other posterBullshit.

Couldn't agree more, it's all about perspectiveIt's interesting that. It could be simply that most are 16, scholars, and the work levels and professional nature expected is hugely more demanding at that level. Could be the first time they've experienced it and Wilcox is purposely stern, teaching them life lessons etc. Can imagine it'd rub up some people the wrong way, but the club doesn't seem to have any problems with him I guess.
No ones ever happy these days. Who knows? May be sumat in it but I've only ever been impressed by his attitude watching from the sidelines. Tough task master but that's a good thing IMO with impressionable young footballers.
