Oh goody goody. Cannot wait to see what UEFA decide following the shocking actions by our fans on Oct 21st.
To give you a taster, here's the other cases being looked at today:

1) Dynamo Kiev : Racist behaviour, Crowd disturbances, Stairways blocked.
2) Besiktas : Stairways blocked, Setting off of fireworks, Insufficient organization. (attempted field invasion by away supporters)
3) Locomotiv Moscow : Improper conduct of supporters, Attempted field invasions by supporters.

I'm reckoning 1, 2 and 3 will get token fines, and City will get a 9 point deduction + every fan will be forced to sing the UEFA anthem heartily on December 8th.

Any other guesses ?

If they've got any sense it will be 'No case to answer' regarding ourselves.
This is the shambles that is uefa though so yes, 9 point deduction could be on the cards.

Any sort of sanction even a suspended one will put the booooo's volume up to 11.

Any sort of brain at UEFA should be able to see that they've got so much internal shit going on that picking another fight with us is as stupid as it gets.........having said that it is UEFA.

Common sense should prevail and we have nothing to answer to.Then again common sense and UEFA don`t belong in the same sentence.

You would think the UEFA suits who have had plenty of time to think about this would realise that anything other than quietly dropping our charge would be a recurring PR disaster. Any sanction could be challenged at CAS and any more publicity would be bad for them and great for us.
I’m not fussed either way.

It's against FFP that our fans can boo liberally whereas fans of other teams need to work really hard to balance the boo outgoings against incommings. The rags had to get Loius Van Moyes in to get their boos going so I doesn't seem fair that we just boo the Uefa tune without a care. I would hate to be viewed as the club who took an unfair booing advantage. I should imagine a fine and group stage points deduction will address the balance.

How dare you! Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

and the bent head of uefa Michel Platini had the fail appeal overturn the 90 day ban for taking a bung and a watch and many more free stuff called gifts

and they ask why we boo if the head of uefa is bent and the fines he put on Manchester city for having a owner spending his own money on football and build up a run down part of Manchester to build a new community with local people giving them hope and work. BUT UEFA ONLY TAKE TAKE TAKE

What page on UEFA's disciplinary page is the case against City? i can't see it listed.

I hope we tell them to go fuck themselves.

With one of these:

I`m almost certain that in last weeks MEN Stuart Brennan said that he had heard through the grapevine that this issue would be dropped with a new "write up" on what constitutes a charge for this type of nonsense.

Not fussed either.
The fact the charged came out has already damaged UEFA through negative media-attention and fans from other clubs starting to boo the anthem as well. I wonder if anyone within UEFA ask him- or herself the question: Why is it that City-fans started to boo the anthem? You can put the whole organisation in front of a large mirror and the question still wouldn't tunr up in anyone's head.

Every which way you turn this is a PR fuck up for UEFA.

If they fine us, they will be ridiculed, and their unduly lenient and unenforced punishments for racist conduct will be set alongside our punishments for being a minute late onto the pitch and for having the temerity to boo their anthem. Result: UEFA will be ridiculed and the booing at the BMG game will reach ear splitting levels.

If they suspend any punishment dependent on our good behaviour, they will be booed at the Juve game and the booing at home against BMG will reach ear splitting levels. They will then have to decide whether they take further action and impose the suspended sentence - thus renewing the impression of them being a bunch of pompous arseholes - or they will have to back down, thus making them look toothless and spineless. If their line is that the official match delegate failed to mention the ear-splitting booing in the official match report, that would make them look not merely toothless and spineless be laughable too. Result: UEFA will be ridiculed.

If as Stuart Brennan suggests they are looking at some way of re-writing the rule book, what they will be left with is an embarrassing climb-down. Result: UEFA will be ridiculed.

They really have played a blinder.
