Lol, totally, when i went flying I scraped my shin on the chair in front, had a whelk the size of a golf ball and it was bleeding, I didnt realise until I was walking into town, after all the celebrations, the trophy lift, the lap of honour etc etc. Adrenaline as you say. To be fair to Liverpool fans (who I hate!) we've been one of the worst sets of fans for booing or giving shit to players after they leave us. From Distin to Sturridge, we even boo'd Dickov for celebrating scoring a goal against us. All as pathetic as the Scousers over Sterling.

i had nothing against liverpool until that very day. after our players and fans stood and showed respect for the deaths at hillsborough and they booed our every move.

I felt exactly the same, never had an issue with them previously. Your enemies enemy and all that. But they were pathetic that day, I understand the argument for a hostile atmosphere to try and help your team in a huge game but to boo City's every touch was fucking embarrassing, especially like you said after we were nothing but respectful for the minutes silence. The way I celebrated when we scored our second goal! I went fucking mental and I've still got the scars on my shins to show for it!
