He's a rag? Didn't know that. May have to reassess. In mild defence of him, he's still from round our way and now the world heavyweight champ, rag or not. He looks a lot older than 27. Beating Wladimir in the manner he did is not easy. Props for that.

That's my youngest brother too. My dad, uncles (except one who is a rag too), other brother and myself, ctwd. Ric, he's a rag. To be fair he's stuck with them and never took the piss when he easily could have done. Makes Derby day more interesting. His reasoning/justification was they played better footy. In all honesty that was true at the time.
 
I'm not a boxing fan, but can't really avoid the big fights since I watch SSN etc so much. I know nothing about boxing tactics, but to those that say Fury is an annoying ****, doesn't he HAVE to say weird shit pre-fight? Isn't that how it works? He wants to wind Wlad up and get in his head? How much of what Fury says is the real him and how much is just mind games? I may well be wrong though, since my boxing knowledge is limited to just noticing the result on the Internet, I never bother to actually watch the fights.
 
Any truth in the rumour that he's tried to weigh those belts in at the local scrap yard?

Fair play to the fella, very poor though, boxing is just shit now mostly.
Was much more happening in the 90's, i just assumed it would always be that way :-(

If you mean choose as in choose 'the right fights,' this is why I hardly watch boxing. What's the point if someone can choose who they know they can beat? The best should fight the best and stop ducking fights.

If you didn't mean this then just ignore.
 
Fair fucks to the big man. He did everything he needed to do to win the fight. Boxed a lot cleverer than I thought he would. Was a lot more patient than I expected and deserved the decision - which in all honesty I thought would be called a draw.
You can say what you want about him but he's talked the talk and walked the walk.
The rag ****..
