Unless Bony turns into Messi in training, it is unknown to me. Iheanacho has impressed everytime he's been on the field with excellent vision and composure while Bony seems to be wearing a backpack of rocks every time he moves.
Such sweeping generalisations don't do anyone any favours or add any credence to your point.

I don't see any sweeping generalisations. Bony running like he carries a bagpack of rocks may be hyperbolic, but doesn't negate the fact that he has terrible movement/agility/pace.

And playing Nacho ahead of Bony would be good for Bonys confidence. Like it or not Bony is 2nd choice and needs to get some form. If we're cruising then Nacho may get some game time second half.
To be fair, we could easily have played both of them tonight from the start and perhaps let De Bruyne put his feet up? It's the only decision in that team selection that I don't agree with. It's true that Bony needs to build confidence arguably more than Kelechi does. But that doesn't mean he has to start INSTEAD of him!

Nothing wrong to start Bony imo. But Kelechi should start over KDB in a game like this.

Agree to some extent but I also think Kev and Merlin developing together is also a tactic Manuel might have considered.

De Bruyne - Silva - Navas is the best trio we can have behind the striker, it's the same three that played when we put 6 past Newcastle in the space of 20 minutes.

So Kelechi won't even get a start against a championship team in the fucking cup? What's that all abou? Why the heck did we invest 200m on the youth academy? This is not only bad for Kelechi's confidence and development but also it will be very hard to make young talented players to join us.

At this stage, with a semi on the horizon in a cup competition with no CFC, AFC, MUFCunts, it's sensible. Hull are riding high in their league.

Indeed, argument for Sterling of course but Navas done well. And Delph Dinho is the best CM partnership for me. That midfield is perfect.

I think he realizes, that the only way to improve his game, is to play him when and where he can.

We are not in a position to be babying a 26 year old who already has Premier League experience. We should be way more focused on improving Kelechi's game because he has a big future.

"Every time" used twice incorrectly.

Yeah you will be able to mate, just download the live football tv app to check what channels it's being aired on then search mobdro for those channels, s'what I do when I can't get to a pc... I always find the bein and supersport channels good on mobdro, just check which one it's on before the game and search it :)
You are a star. Cheers pal.
Downloaded app. It's on loads of channels that I can get on mobdro.
Kids in bed. Match time :-)

Iheanacho has impressed me, every time. That isn't a hyperbolic statement.

Bony has highlighted bad movement ands agility every game he has played because he has bad movement and agility. No hyperbole from me.

Agree with the above posts, the midfield 5 tonight is arguably our most perfectly balanced, and with no passengers. The midfield alone SHOULD win us this. Come on City!!

Dinho and Delph both have that quality that Tevez had of giving 100% no matter what which is a vital part of winning a midfield battle. Not writing Yaya off just yet though, he can still control a game like no one else on his day but the time has come for him to be used more sparingly.

Maybe City are focused on improving City's game and they don't feel that starting him in this particular game fits into their plan? Maybe they are not 'babying' Bony but have him on the pitch to help win the game?
