A) you don't seem to know much factual City history
B) you don't even seem to know much factual United history

He'd join City, because as a professional sportsman he is motivated by winning. His best chance of that would be at City. If you think someone like Pogba would seriously sit down and think "I know, I'll go to Liverpool because they won loads of stuff before I was born" then you are either trolling or too stupid to have a serious conversation with.
