Severe Weather Warning

Can anyone tell me what the weather is like in Manchester the weather is poor the other side of York and now it has put out Red severe warning notices in Lancashire. We normally set off at 12 but if it's as bad as here we might set off earlier. Grateful for any updates.

I'm at my mums in Oldham and going straight to the match from here. I wisely left all waterproof clothing at my house so I'll be going out in the pissing down rain wearing a nice woolly coat. FFS.
