League Cup Final Ticket Allocation {merged}

Green man is a great atmosphere full of blues. I train down normally and then go to the Green Man and then down hill to The Greyhound. All beer in London is expensive and crap

The Green man isn't even that good. The beers expensive and crap and it's essentially just a heavily policed car park. The Central on Saturday is a better pub, the Witton Arms this weekend is better and that's just going from our last and next games.

correct, don't see they big fuss about the green man? went once and it was shit.

And me. Went once when we played Chelsea and left after half an hour. It was just a muddy car park type thing. The best pre-match bar has always been the Hilton for me, with post match celebrations in JJ Moons. Not sure about the new pubs, though.

It looks like both sets of fans will be allocated just over 30,000 tickets each ,It is not a new argument but how the f*ck another 30,000 tickets gets distributed to various outlets ,organastions ect but it end up with both sets of supporters paying over the odds to get them

People don't quite get this. For a start there are 18,000 corporate tickets which both sets of fans can access. Most of the remaining 10,000ish are actually divided half and half as MCFC tickets and LFC tickets. They are available through Football clubs, but are still in one "end".

That's why, whether the allocation is a 25k FA Cup final one, or a 35k semi final ones the stadium is basically half and half. The only "neutral" type area are those two small blocks around the tunnel, which I think are sponsors.

So there will be 40-45k City there even though the club are only selling 31,500 tickets.

I don't get it Dave as there will be tomorrow at the latest loads of (ticket agencys) flogging tickets for 3 or 4 time the value ,City have probably the best part of 40,000 season ticket holders ,the system stinks remember Gillingham there average crowd was probably less than10.000 ours was over 30.000 we got the same allocation more or less ,it has never been fair and will probably never will be

Well the old League Cup Scheme turned out to be well worth it again! Looking forward to my Wembley ticket although I wish it wasn't Liverpool.

I don't care I'm in the cup scheme, I'm going to Wemberlee again. And all you lot that couldn't be bothered going to the earlier rounds can watch it on the telly

You surely aren't saying it's not fair whilst also suggesting we should of had more than Gillingham because we had a bigger average crowd.

Obviously everyone would love a 50-50 split of tickets but it's never going to happen. Isn't there something daft like 10,000 club wembley seats for a start? That would leave 80k seats left, we're getting 31-32k or about 80% of what's available. The percentage split is more than likely more favourable at Wembley than it is for some of the bigger league games now when City take off a big chunk for corporate or friends of Kompany.

I'd be willing to bet there isn't over 30,000 people on the cup scheme so everyone on the cup scheme will get a ticket if they want one. And then quite frankly, nobody else has the right to moan about not getting one if they wasn't at the earlier rounds.
