Not flowing football, but plenty of bottle. Best win of the night.Delete. Definitely one to miss.
Delph had a small injury, should be available on Saturday. Why on earth did we start with just Yaya and Fernandinho as the only two central midfielders? The three we put out on Saturday would have been perfect for tonight.
The GMR commentary crew also said he was good.Stuart Brennan seems to have become a one man Yaya fan group of late, not really sure why.
Delph is fast becoming an integral cog in our wheel,we miss him without question.Delph had a small injury, should be available on Saturday.
Thought Yaya was good in the first half but poor in the 2nd but City were all poor apart from defending in the 2nd half. The GMR commentary crew also said he was good.
Hahaha 'injured himself'... The tear on the back of his sock (not to mention the slow-mo replay) says otherwise.BBC motd saying aguero injured 'himself' scoring the goal.........same as against Everton when he got raked down the calf ffs!
Three more points, another clean sheet, away blues singing Pellers praises, grinded result, what's not to like.
Ref was a bent **** though, carded the blues while dirty mackam twats were kicking lumps outta them.
Your time wasting and play acting was just as pathetic to be fair.
Time wasting is a tricky one - we face it from 80% of the teams who come to the Etihad at 0-0 or if the other team are ahead, but it's within the laws of the game. The ref adds on the time as he sees fit. Every team who find themselves in dire need of 3 points will try to run down the clock, and it's the opposing team's job to negate that. As much as you're desperate for three points, so are City. Had it been 1-0 to Sunderland I think you'd be looking to see the game out too.
As for play acting? - it's a matter of opinion. Aguero was caught - the gash on his leg clearly showed it. Accidental, but caught all the same. Demichelis was caught by an elbow too (probably accidentally) - again clearly seen on camera. Otamendi was also caught with an elbow (probably deliberately). There are ways to interpret the game and it could be argued that Defoe was fortunate not to see red. There are arguments from both sides, but at least accept there ARE two sides to the story!
Kun with his sock ripped along with a nasty gash to boot when he slotted home and MDM getting a whack in the jaw I was not impressed with in the slightest.
Don't care if they stay up or go down to be honest the points tally will tell but they got away with too much last night and we got punished with 4 piss weak yellows.
Losing Navas took a lot of the gloss of a solid win.
You are decent mate and I hope you don't think City fans don't sympathise with your current predicament because we definitely do.Very very suprised at the comments on here, Not what i expect from City fans at all and i really hope that the new era of Man City hasnt made you forget how fortunate you are to have such a brilliant football team.
I find the comments about us being 'dirty' and 'vile' pretty harsh, Were a poor side who need to fight like dogs to stay up and we gave it our best shot, Unsure as to why so many of you want to see Sunderland go down. A good club with generally nice people.
How about that "kick to the head" of that new fella with the Z in his last name? HAHAHAHAHAHA!Your time wasting and play acting was just as pathetic to be fair.
