Delph and Navas injuries don't help a squad that feels like it's on bare bones.
MP said Delph should be fine for Saturday we'll need his energy against Leicester

Well, we wondered how the players would react to the Pep news & the answer was " we don't want to run anymore & can't be arsed"
NAVAS???I thought that was going to be easier, and around the time of the first goal it looked like it would be.
Away form shocker again.
oh well 3 points. Well done lads, suprised we got no injuries. dirty fuckers.
It's a fantastic result considering how we played. Possibly one of the worst performances ending in a win, since the Pearce era. We've played better than that plenty of times & lost by several goals. Its worth remembering that in addition to the extra games we've played this year Sunderland haven't had a game for ten days. Its an excellent result considering.

Correct, that somehow feels like it could be a very big result, we seem to have stopped conceding, 4 in the last (unbeaten) 7 games, we rarely win 1-0, and despite a poor performance, we've won away.Manchester City, one nil winners. Rejoice.
Agreed, some posters are clueless.Daft post, they worked hard against a side who were rested. Absolutely brilliant effort.
