toure shouldn't be anywhere near the starting line up ! and he is supposedly the captain !

no desire , nothing ....

saying all that , I wouldn't rule us out !

We needed to play our fastest back 4 with Clichy left back and Sanga in as centre back.Zab as captain. Delph needed to be in a midfield 3 with Fernando sitting and Dinho bombing forwards. The difference between the speed of our team v Villa and today was so obvious. Felt sorry for Delph he looks good playing with Dinho and should be given a run of games there. Just play Fernando behind them for stronger opposition and Kelichi infront of them for weaker opposition.

We needed to be solid today, but instead we were wide open and played right into Leicester's hands. Not surprised in the slightest because we've seen it all before. The manager is tactically inept.

Not sure how many agree but I just don't see any heart or soul in this current squad. With the exception of Hart, Aguero, Kompany, KDB, Zabalata, Silva, Delph, Sagna, Fernandinho, Iheanacho and possbily Otamendi, I would happily sell every other member of the first team squad, there is no passion or desire to play for the club with the majority of players and it seems we have too many player who are happy to train 3 times a week, jog about for 90 minutes and then pick up their ludicrous wages. Who knows how well guardiola will do because its clear that we have overspent and bought in players so badly in the past. With the exception of Iheanacho and possibly Denayer next season it is clear we're never going to bring up youth players like we used to with Richards, Sturridge and SWP and we're instead going into a future where we're going to be throwing money everywhere to try and get a quick solution to our problems. I'd rather us sign players who actually want to put their heart on their sleeve for the club rather than for the high wages. Rant over

The corpse ****

I find a woman that uses that word liberally to be hugely attractive, bob :-)

* '****' not 'corpse'.

Conceding goals with 5mins at the start of each half gave us no chance really.
Defence is just awful, worst I've seen since the Sheik took over. Otamendi is just rash, Demechelis too slow, Zab hardly any games, Kolarov...what can I say.

Then there's the midfield. Delph works hard but passing isn't good enough, Yaya is done and Sterling...just don't see what he brings. Pace? Worth nothing if you can't beat a man, shoot, etc. I'd start Navas over him every time.

I'd say we're in a real fight for top 3. Luckily Utd are 7 points behind us and have been worse than us.

What's happened to that attacking football from 13/14? We have no clue going forward and it became embarrassing how we just kept using Kolarov only to cut it back or play some horrible cross into the box. The football is played far too slow, Aguero is dropping deep too often, Silva and Yaya are playing at a snails pace.

We simply got done today by Leicester being quicker, direct and more organised. They didn't fuck about with the ball when attacking.

Seriously after that how many City players would command a starting spot in Peps team.

Kun, Hart and possibly Ottamendi (if he cuts out the diving in).

Every man and his dog knew how Leicester were going to play today. Just like everyone knew how Liverpool were going to play. Yet our manager sends us out there so unprepared that the opposition players just have a field day. The Leicester players were just waltzing past us at times.

Also, its not one game though is it. Time and time again we play right into the oppositions hands and get battered by teams with inferior players.

We have ambitions to become the best side in Europe and are spending to do so but we are getting hammered left, right and centre by the likes of Stoke and Leicester. We cannot string together back to back wins and the players are playing some turgid football in the process.

Dynamo Kiev are a counter attacking team and have some very dangerous players. If Pellegrini sets us up anything like he did today we will get hammered.

the likes of leicester ?? they are a really good team. if every man and his dog know how leicester are going to play then why has barely anyone beaten them .....

Embarrassed. Pathetic. Humiliated. Fair play to Leicster they're the real deal and deserved to beat us by more than 2 today. Solid team and would be worthy champions. Watching live you could see our players had no clue how to break them down and they all looked confused. Pretty fucking pathetic when all we were doing is passing to Kolarov as if he's fucking Leo Messi.

What puzzles me the most is how we could go from an attack of Kun Tevez Dzeko Nasri and Prime Silva to the absolute shite were being served up now. Silva is past it and so is Yaya. In the age of athletic footballers we don't seem to have many. Kolarov Silva Yaya MDM Fernando it's just too many passengers to carry in a team in modern football.

Up until now I've regarded Pellegrini as a bang average manager who has failed to get the best out of his players and has took us backwards in the three years he's been here.

I was wrong.

He's actually completely fucking useless and will be remembered as our worst manager since Stuart Pearce.

Well that was worth a 6 o'clock start and flight.

All inexplicably shit, Shitest Man of the Match goes to Kolarov.

Out fought, out thought, out classed and out everything else today. Spurs will tear us yet another new one.

Can it be summer already?

Tbf it's easier said than done. Everyone knew they would sit back defend and counter attack did they not? They're very good at it though, their defence is rock solid very impressed with all their defenders tbh.

Don't cherry pick statistics. They become redundant if you do. (Yours, for example, suggests we've been poor in the league. In actual fact, we're currently second). Leave that shite to Sky etc., please.
Fact is, we won our last three games in a row before this farce of an effort.

We lost today because we didn't work hard enough; either with or without the ball.
We lost because we cannot defend.

He's destroyed everything Mancini built, giving him this season has set us back so far.

OMG. Kolorov was OK today..get off his back..Liverpool ripped us for sterling.if anyone deserves slating it should be him.

he only got this season because pep agreed last summer already.... quite ironic that his successor kept him in a job for extra year. otherwise im pretty sure he would have been sacked. Khaldoon looked like he was about to kill someone in end of season interview.
