Must piss him off hugely when he gets the ball out wide and has just one blue shirt to aim at (surrounded by defenders) whilst the midfield meander around waiting for something to happen.

His cross in the second half that went behind every city player straight to a Leicester player who then had licence to bomb upfield unchallenged was his best contribution. Unfortunately it wasn't for us!

Whether Clichy has been poor or not,he has pace.
The first thing you do against Leicester is have defenders who have pace to negate the threat of Vardey.
So what does Pellers do, he takes 2 defenders who have pace out of the team. He then compounds it by leaving Martin De in the team.
And people wonder why he is going.
Our back 4 today should have been Zabba Otto Sagna and Clichy
Completely agree with your back four, how can MP not see it? Am not a Kolarov hater by any stretch but he was piss poor today at both ends of the pitch.

I agree Kolarov was poor yesterday and Pellers should have picked Clichy. The lesson on our left backs from the last few seasons has been keep picking the in form guy who has had a run of games.
I also agree with the earlier poster that having one attacker in the box against a packed defences has damaged Kolarov's attacking game. The build up play is far too slow!

I'm not Kolos biggest fan and I think he is a weak link in our side, but there were numerous occasions when we had the ball out wide and there was not one blue shirt close to being in the box. All were loitering just outside it.

Why should ours, we don't need them to, they are the reason we have to play defensive midfielders, or ones that should track back like Yoyo, name correct.
Without KDB and Navas we needed Kolarov yesterday to supply the width.We rely far too much on our fullbacks to create chances.

Against Leicester we had Sterling and Kolarov linking up throughout the game, but every time they came to deliver the cross they hesitated. As was said above perhaps there was no one in the box to find.
If Kolarov and Zabaleta had stayed back, then we'd have had zero attacking impetus.
The goals we conceded did not come from poor fullback play, they came from two corners and a great goal through the centre of our defence. I didn't watch MOTD
