That must be wrong as Spain got 5 teams in this year and one of the was Sevilla the winners of Europa unless you are saying it was because Barca wonNo I'm sure that's wrong - there is a specific place reserved for the CL winner in the following season's group stage without affecting the normal qualifiers from that country. As others have said, it's only if the Europa winners are also from England that 4th place loses out.

Yes if the CL or Europa winners qualify by league position then the extra places are not used.
