Not a city fan,but I really think you guys should be looking at Rafa Silva from Braga,you guys don't really have a lot of dribblers on your team apart from aguero and sterling to some degree,He is young,absolutely explosive and an amazing dribbler,he is definitely going to be an amazing player and he only has a 20M release clause
