Guardian's nominations for Premiership flop of the season.

Seriously it's criminal Benteke isn't on there, who came up with that list, his Mother?
Yeah Benteke is the FoTS for sure. £33m and he has been a colossal waste of space. Depay and Sterling have underwhelmed but Hazard has been the bigger flop considering his form from last season.

Otto will prove a lot of people wrong next season , we need to buy a genuine world class centre back and leader to play alongside him , Vinny is that player , but a team hoping to win titles cannot depend on a player who will miss 50% of games

Hazard by a country mile deserves that award. Has the skill and ability in abundance but cos he saw his arse with Maureen played like a **** (much could be said for Fibreglass and the majority of the Chelsea team too) until Maureen was gone, then started his "pre-season" then it seemed. It's only recently (the Spurs game of note) that he played with some passion and that was only due down to wanting to stop Spurs winning the league.

I'd be so fucked off if I was a Chelsea fan at him this season, you wouldn't want someone turning up whenever they can be arsed and when it suits them too.

On a similar topic, Arry's prem team of the season in the Telegraph which included 8 subs managed to include KDB albeit as a sub, but to omit Augero only confirms why he has never got the nominations he deserves in this country with buffoons like Arry in the business.

mendi has been shite no doubt bout it,depay wont get it media to far up rags arse, hazard would get my vote by a country mile

No mention of that striker Everton signed for £15m in January, never played, then recently got arrested for beating someone up?

Actually, forget that, where is Florian Thauvin? Newcastle spent £15m on him in the summer and sent Cabella on loan as part of the deal and he was fucking hopeless. They ended up loaning him back to Marseille by January. Hard to do much worse than that

No problem with him being in that list. There's been plenty of worthy canidates for the list but he's been a poor buy and the cost puts him ahead of most of the rest. Mistakes are forgiveable but he's consistently shown a lack of basic defensive skills and there's no signs of him improving

but a case could be made for Sterling.

13 goals, 10 assists in all comps and he's still a kid. His season isn't as bad as people make out. He will thrive under Pep.
As for Otamendi, I'm not his biggest fan, in fact I think he's been a fucking liability, but there are players who have had far worse seasons than him.
