I agree with them, I don't rate otamendi at all.
Depay is on their list. The fact that Otamendi is there is the point.Bony did way worse than Otamendi. And where the hell is Schweinsteiger, Depay and Benteke?

I think a lot of blues must just listen to the pundits who go on and on about City's defending without Kompany. There is an element of truth in that. You lose your Captain and sign a new defender he has to settle in alongside players who are less able and who are changing week in week out it's not so easy. And for all but the last month of the season Otamendi and his defence were sat behind a midfield that was seriously weakened defensively. I know we conceded a soft goal at home to Arsenal, but I thought City's defending as a team tightened up considerably when Fernando and Fernandinho came together as a pair. We conceded just 1 og against Real Madrid over 180 minutes. Otamendi is a quality player. The same cannot be said of the coverage of MCFC

The others are fair enough but Otamendi?
I'm sure Otamendi is biting his nails now anxiously as he might of heard the news some overweight old men who write about a sport they probably haven't played in over 30yrs have stated that he's a flop.
I'm sure when he's in training and regularly defends well against the likes of Kun, Kevin and Silva he reminds himself how good he is and how Pellegrinis tactics have been shit.
I'll await his performances under Pep, and stand corrected if he flops consistently then.

Why does it annoy you though?It's our club. It annoys me people write rubbish about it.
If anything, you should be feeling sorry for these middleaged men who have to spend all day writing this rubbish.
What sad lives they must leave... Telling people about how rubbish professional sport athletes are when they themselves couldn't jog from their fleet Street office to pick up their Starbucks chocolate brownies.

at least we aren't being ignored like we were before the takeover. Can you remember opening up a newspaper, website, turning on the TV, radio and so on and not seeing anything about City?
I can and it used to irritate me how we were ignored like every other club except the Sky Four.
Now we aren't ignored... They are at the fighting stage now and we're just sparring with this vermin.

I know why they do it, but I can't help but be irritated by it. We're effectively being trolled by the national media. However baiting somebody just puts them in a corner so it's quite good in that respect. We'll just enjoy the success that little bit more.Why does it annoy you though?
