Yaya-Keep or Sell?

Has stayed around 12months too long.....slow and on the decline! Made a mistake keeping him last summer and would be an even bigger mistake keeping him again....worth selling while we can get something for him....
 
There should be no question about this. Whether he's still a good player and/or disruptive influence is beside the point - we can't afford to keep paying extortionate wages for a player who starts big matches on the bench, which is where he'll be.
 
Yaya toure was the rock this side was built on, fantastic player if he had signed for those fkrs just outside Manchester he would have been hailed as an all time premiership great, for me he is and always will be, I will miss him if he goes

Sell. Great player for us. But he isn't up to the pace of the Prem anymore. Get him a fantastic deal in China or the USA for his retirement.
 
If he agrees to only be used as a super-sub joker, then keep him.
But i don't think his ego would allow it, so indeed, time to bid farewell to this living legend. I will deeply miss our colossus.
People will only realize the void that will take place once he leaves, even if Pogba comes along.

I cant see anyone paying the wages we've been giving him....alittle concerned we'll be stuck with him for another season....

Wages will be an issue. Mind you anything will be an issue if the buying club is Italian.

Sell had his day amazing player took us to the next level was nice to see him with pellers at the end showing loyalty just dont think he has the legs for it. The barn storming runs are gone but his passing ability is still first class. If he binned that **** of an agent id say keep him as milan will offer us a shit amount of money or will want him on loan and pay us when yaya hits 60.
 
Inter Milan have agreed a deal to sign Sevilla’s Argentina midfielder Ever Banega.

The Serie A club have been linked with Yaya Toure this week but are said not to be interested in the Manchester City man.

Instead they will announce the arrival of Banega in the next couple of weeks.

The 27-year-old joined Sevilla in 2014 and was part of the side that beat Liverpool 3-1 in the Europa League final in Basel last night.

I agree...think its going to be more difficult than we hoped to sell him...I really dont think he brings much to the table anymore...the decline over the last 18months is there for everyone to see....Still believe the time to sell him was last summer....now we could be stuck with his wages for the next 12months....I'd let him go on a free, as getting his wages off the books would save us about 12mil....
