I'm presuming this is a joke? If not, what's the source for it? (And I rate Lukaku, by the way).
We should be prepared to be burnt on Pogda, paying out pretty much what they ask, if they'll let him go (which I doubt). He's just had a terrific season for Juve, and seems to be moving into overdrive as a player at just the right point in his career. Otherwise, everything and everyone else should be subject to stiff bargaining. We're not ickle City any more.

I would add Kroos. Isco maybe right on the edge of that range. Thiago will cost that too considering we'd be dealing with Bayern.
