Yup. Him and Modric ensured we didn't have a sniff of a chance starting from the second half of the first leg. Almost as if they just decided to dominate midfield from then on.

We need legs, energy and quality in the midfield and from what ove seen of Kroos he would give us the quality, but not much of the other two. Would much rather have Isco or Modric out of that midfield we faced in the semi.

This. Kroos is so status quo. He wouldn't fuck up. But he wouldn't drive you forward either. Give me Modric except for his age, or give me Isco.

This insane. David pizarro showed up our midfield, I'm sure kroos could.

Makes you wonder how people would react if we were linked to Busquets, rakitic, iniesta, fabegas etc.

Actually can't believe some people are dismissing Kroos, he is a world class midfielder, one of the best in Europe and would make an impact in any side in the world.

On the flip side, we need to stop chasing pipe dreams that are never going to happen. He is an integral part of Madrid's team and they are a much bigger club than us... And finally, they are not a selling club.

We should have snapped up Granit Xhaka when we had the chance.
