Hard to get excited by Nolito, Valdes and bringing a bunch of work permit kids back from loan. A far cry from 2-3 weeks ago when it was Neymar, Sanchez, Pogba, Kroos, ter-Stegen etc. Completely different level of ambition, star power and quality between the two.
City are back, City are back!
Cat wait to see Kolarov and Yaya strutting their stuff with Fernando next season. I just hope that this extra 20/30% that I keep reading Pep will get out of the players is true - it'll take the first two up to at leat 50%..

You honestly think, hand on heart that this will be where the transfers end?? The problem with social media is it prompts reaction well before it should do.. It's the 15th June, we will get our targets and then some, they also will include a melting pot of 'star quality', the very ethos of a pep squad/team....

Wait? What? It's only the 15th June?
I just presumed the window was about to slam shut any second after reading the last few pages - good job you're here Zin. :-)

True. But i trust we will sign top players. Simply because we have Guardiola now. And the club will not want to waste Guardiola by giving him an average squad. In 2 months time i expect this forum will be buzzing for the season.

I'm just commenting on how people are perhaps a little more negative than they were when their hopes were up a couple of weeks ago. It's the ebb and flow of the transfer window, especially when the international tournaments are on so little movement happens.

Gundogan was a star start, Laporte is a setback but hopefully that's the calibre that continues to come in, not near 30 year olds who seem 3rd/4th choice targets at best.
