I'm assuming since he's Argentinian he's not "Atleti" through and through? I'd always assumed this was one of those rivalries where a player from one of these clubs were loathe to switch allegiances to the other.

I have no idea if vardy should be applauded or laughed at.
A very big decision he's made .wonder if Watford will regret not taking the £25m from Leicester for troy deeney ?

Fair play to him, he's gonna be a guarenteed starter in a champions league, title winning team rather than an option off the bench for a 3rd place team who's only asperations are to win 4th place or above

Or he could just end up playing for a mid table prem team and regret it.

Two weeks ago, Laporte to us & Vardy to the Arse were both done deals, according to the "gentlemen" of the press.

Just goes to prove that, in reality, most of 'em don't have a clue what's going on until, at least, 3 weeks after official conformation on the various club websites.
 
Fair play to Vardy. Probably knows he'll be found out at Arsenal as he doesn't have the technical ability to play in a Wenger team. Sticking with Leicester where the team is built for him to maximise his potential. He's getting champions league football with Leicester, why leave to sit on Arsenals bench and be a complete mis-match in the side much like Bony is for us.
