This is absolutely fascinating.... I am begining to think Brexit could win this. Newcastle forecast to be 60% Remain likely to be very close. Sunderland forecast to be marginally Brexit, word is 68% Brexit.... This is thrilling.

difference is here that it's cumulative number of votes, not voting to win an equivalent seat, so remain can win 65% of a vote in an area but if the turn out is comparatively lower by about 10-15% then remain is actually worse off, and vice-versa. Like Orkney is 63% remain, but a tiny number of votes.
