From my perspective.
Suarez: Unquestionable passion and will to win. The best striker in the world. I like rooting for the villains, especially if they are on my squad and even more so if they have a brash **** like personality. Knows the PL. Not sure how long he can keep form. Striker isn't a big issue now. 30.
Messi: It's fucking messi. I honestly don't like him though for a variety reasons.
Neymar: I honestly don't know if he has any sense of loyalty at all or how he would click with the squad. Flair :). Can this guy keep ascending? How high? Seems like this guy is really easy to root against for some reason. I think it might cause some weird vibes throughout the team too.
I'll take Neymar and I hate my pick.

Messi would cost record money but wouldn't leave barca, suarez(same with someone like iniesta) wouldn't command a "record smashing" amount at his age, and the only other players left with years on their side that are worth that amount are Bale, Neymar, Lewandowski, Pogba and possibly Dybala.
Lewandowski is questionable given kun would want to be the star striker, pogba has already been put to bed, bale is a favorite with perez, and that leaves neymar and dybala.
Either would be spectacular signings.

I've cut mine and his name off,says "Guardiola was done last night"which would mean the 26th November last year,sent me a text a month before that would be mind blowing,which in turn would add up to IBH's post.
He works for the rags and has summat to do,or sees contracts,he's been good on a bit of info as he speaks to people.
