I am usually with you Dax. But no. Just no. Neymar does not fit our club and I want him nowhere near it and I hope our owners share my view. I have had enough of the Mario/Yaya/Tevez type of players. In 4 years if we get Messi this summer we will be the best team in the world and will have made a fortune off of Messi's name...it doesn't matter who the better player will be in 4 years. I think anyone with a brain will agree it will be Neymar.

That's ridiculous in the extreme. The mainstream media doesn't report rumours posted on Blue Moon and with so many millions of pounds at stake it's not even remotely a factor.

Clubs and players openly lie and deny everything, when it's all going on behind the scenes.

There's nothing to be lost from mentioning a name other than reputation.

Say City are trying to whittle down leaks, they release a bunch of different names to different people they have different reasons to suspect. One of the names suddenly appears on a forum. Some hack journalist looking for the next thing to slag city fans comes on here and starts reporting it and the one name finds its way into the mainstream news, if that happens with a single name City know who's leaked it and they're out of the loop from then on or worse, out of a job.
