I think some of our fans will be in for a shock this summer and the following season, Pep is without doubt a great coach and I am as happy as anyone he is here but he ain't a miracle worker. He can't all of a sudden make average players such as Kolarov, Mangala and Bony etc great players. On the transfer front there will be no 'crack' player I reckon, I think we will sign Sane, stones and hopefully a FB and then we will go with what we have. If that is the case I can't see us winning the BPL or CL this year. I just hope if that us fans give him time to build a squad with his ideas and tactics over the next 3 years. I am in no doubt he will leave this club and first team in better shape than it is now, just can't see him doing it this season.

If mp can win the league in his first year then pep is more than able to

Agree. Basically take out Gundogan and all you have is average midfield, certainly when compared to Bayern, Real, Barca or even Juventus and/or PSG.

Remember Fernandinho has been earmarked as a left back. Which may solve one issue but adds to another.

We have our own star players. Aguero, Kompany, Silva and De Bruyne are absolutely world class and 4 of the best players in the league. Gundogan is also in that league when he gets fit.

What we need is to get the most out of them with a supporting cast and a brilliant manager.

And in Sterling, Sané, Iheanacho, Stones and apparently Zinchenko, we have some of the brightest young players around who could be world stars in their own right in a year or 3 under Pep's management

Yep agree,but this thought process will change a bit dependant on who goes,I'd be happy now,like I say,but if a couple went I'd need to rethink my thoughts,and by the departures I mean- Zab,Yaya,Nasri,others mentioned who are leaving or potential leavers can go for me,we both know who they are
