John Stones

Just watched his CityTV interview. I really like him. Seems like a great guy, clearly very happy to sign, down-to-earth and will get along well with Sterling. The fee doesn't matter to me, we're getting a potential City and England Captain.
 
Kudos to the ITK on the Stones thread yesterday who called the 24 number. Also to the one who said he was at the ground yesterday and Tolmie for his bit on Sunday :).

Can't believe the media totally missed this one !

It was me :) looks like I don't have to slap my mate after all.
He's worked there for a long time and this is the 1st time he's told me anything, so I took it as pretty gospel.

Story was broken first by an amateur football club on Merseyside who tweeted that he was having a medical. Trueblue found it, but I don't think anyone believed it at the time.

Yeah, I noticed that. Clearly signed yesterday so no problem with European eligibility. Came across really well. Think he will be a great addition to the dressing room. Not shy so won't be fazed by it.
