Etihad atmosphere

After watching match of the day our game was pretty quiet, now you could blame acoustics, the scoreline,the agenda, the south westerly wind etc but when people who were there say it was a bit flat then logic says the atmosphere is shit, I wasn't there so is just validates my position

Couldn't hear a thing where I watched it but think we get a raw deal overall. It could definitely be better but there's not many clubs in new stadiums whose atmosphere is great.
 
Didn't hear any pep songs today don't think which I thought was odd. heard don't sell Joe hart tho.
What happened to the singing 1894 group today ?
 
I know nothing can be done now but the singing section would have been better off in the 3rd tier of the ss. Don't no whether it's because I'm in the gods but it comes across much louder from that part of the ground.
 
Feel for Pep, coming to one of the wealthiest and rapidly growing football clubs but yet has one of the least passionate supporters. Bet he felt along way from Bayern or Barca.
 
I'm not one who's shy in criticising our fans, but I thought the atmosphere yesterday, particularly for the first 20 minutes, was good.

Yes there was a lull in periods but in the main it was good. These pundits are bullsh*t merchants trying to perpetuate yet another myth to go alongside the Emptyhad.

I criticise our fans at times for a lack of atmosphere but one thing I know for sure is that the atmosphere at our ground is no worse than any other premier league ground. In fact, I think it's better than most, but that's a pretty poor benchmark. I want our atmosphere to be the best in Europe.
 
There was a woman knitting in front of me. Her husband was feeding the wool at one stage.
 
Not a single ground in the PL that doesn't have empty seats or a shit atmosphere most of the time, not one yet every week a few feel the need to come on here and self flagellate over it whilst pretending that its bouncing with lock outs everywhere else.
 
From SS3 the 'singing section' on 1st level doesn't appear to actually sing anything?
