Get used to it, Pep is going to drop people many was not expecting, he did it at Bayern and at Barca, Joe just have to suck it up i guess

Joe got back late from the Euros that means there has been less time for assessment really and it may well be the case Pep thinks he isn't ready or is suffering with a dip in confidence etc from the poor showing by England in the Euros. So no him not currently having much time to adapt/impress is not anyone's fault in many ways. I know you want to suggest I'm having a dig at Pep, your one of our super fans who know better than everyone else and are more loyal, you've proven it time and again on here so well done, all I am saying is many have written Joe off and I'm not sure Pep has.

I thought you were up for a bit of adult conversation, but you just had to revert to type (again) - sad really

In no way am I saying your having a dig at Pep, but I think it is naive to suggest Pep has not fully studied Joe (and I don't just mean this last season). He will know more than anyone on here his strengths and his weaknesses. If he feels Joe is able to adapt, then I have no doubt he will work with him and afford him opportunity.

Raheem was hounded even more after the Euros, yet he looks to have turned a leaf at a much younger age. Me personally, I think there is more to it.

Joe should be given a bit of respect. Has done so much for us and for that arse to put a keeper, way below Joes level, in goal was a disgrace and done purely to humiliate Joe.
So a manager should go against his entire philosophy, one that has made him the most successful coach in the world......just to give Joe a game?

Are you saying Pep's an arse - good god
In relation to his treatment of Joe then yes thats exactly what im saying, he has behaved like an arse. He has given Joe zero respect, something most of the blues on here are also doing, and they think it is acceptable because its Pep shitting on him.

Sorry mate, you have a long way to go if that is your understanding

You were trying to be clever and twist my post.

Why has he not shown him respect? It was Peps first game and as a manager he is entitled to pick the players from the squad which he thinks best serves the club best. Joe Hart was appalling against Arsenal which was a continuation of his euro performances. Fortunately the Pellers days of the tail wagging the dog are over. Hart, like Nasri, Yaya will have to adapt to Peps philosophy are move on.

Let me try a different approach :)

What disrespect from the manager has been shown?
How would you have played it if you were the manager?
Do you really the believe the best manager in the world would publicly deliberately humiliate any player?
In Pep's way of working, how is Willy miles below Joe's level?

I look forward to reading your reasoned response

Dunno, Pep gave ronaldinho no respect too and he had probably achieved more on the world stage than hart has. I think its nothing personal, pep is convinced hart can not play the way he wants GK's to play. He probably doesn't think caballero does either but thinks he can do it slightly better than hart so he picked him. Pep's here to win and has been promised a free reign so we can't suddenly say 'unless he's going to be mean to any players I like or have been here a long time' he appears to have given Zaba a chance to stay based on pre season, and silva was given captaincy today.

If we don't sign another keeper there is no way that Caballero will stay ahead of Joe. He just isn't good enough. That may be a big If, but I don't see too many great keepers available.

What disrespect from the manager has been shown? Dropping Joe in favour of Willy
How would you have played it if you were the manager? Put our best goal keeper in net
Do you really the believe the best manager in the world would publicly deliberately humiliate any player? He did
In Pep's way of working, how is Willy miles below Joe's level? They are on a par with their inability with their feet but willy is also below Joes other attributes a goalkeeper requires

Happy??

'I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it'

or the internet version

'I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death my right to call you a muppet'

Funny old world.
