Even more impressive when you consider that most of the yanks golds are from the swimming so we've actually got more golds across multiple sports than any other country.

Interesting listening about the cycling where the Yanks brought bikes would with chains on the left hand side which seems pretty obvious to considering they always turn left... A little like NASCAR.

To be fair our women finished 1 & 2 in qualifying, so are racing the worst qualifiers. Should get harder as they go along but the qualifying suggest it could be another all British final.
 
Another gold for Kenny, what a rider, Callum Skinner has had a great 1st Olympics too. Back above China in the medals table, just need Murray to get his shit together against Del Potro.
 
Murray's in for a tough one here. Such a shame for tennis that Del Potro has had so many injuries, the guy is pure class.
 
Cavendish just made mince meat of the world champion in the individual pursuit section of the omnium!
